This Document constitute an integral part of the regulations developed for ACCREDITO.COM electronic communication system by HIVE SPORTS & MEDIA Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k.; the said regulations are available at www.accredito.com (hereinafter referred to as the Regulations). The terms defined in the Regulations shall have the same meaning in this document.
II. Collecting and processing the user data
The sharing of data and information by the User is always voluntary.
The personal data of the User shall be processed in accordance with the polish Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.
The Service Provider is the controller of the personal data and is responsible for the protection thereof in accordance with the requirements of the polish Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.
The Service Provider shall process the personal data of the User within the scope necessary to properly render the Services or to ensure the functionality thereof as well as for marketing, information or statistic purposes, including the sending of the commercial information.
The data made available by the User may be transferred to the entities cooperating with the Service Provider within the scope of rendering the services. In particular, within the scope being necessary to operate the payment system, the Service Provider shall transfer to the payment operator the data concerning the service, including the personal data of the user.
Each User shall be entitled to inspect its personal data as well as to request that the said data be corrected or removed.
The detailed principles concerning the processing of the personal data of the users are stipulated in the Regulations.
Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the User's devices for the purpose of using the Service Provider’s Websites (hereinafter referred to as: the websites).
Cookies are used by the Service Provider for the following purposes:
to adjust the content of the Websites to the preferences of the User and to optimise the using of the Websites (in particular the files allow for recognition of the device of the User using the Websites and to appropriately display the Website adjusted to the User’s individual needs);
to generate statistics which enable to understand how the Users use the Websites which allows for improvement of the structure and content of the said Websites;
to maintain the session of the User (after logging in), due to which the User does not need to enter the login and password on each subpage of the Website;
The Service Provider uses two principal cookie types: “session” and “persistent” cookies. “Session” cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User’s end device until logging out, leaving the Website or closing the software (Internet browser). “Persistent” cookies are stored on the User’s end device for the time determined in the cookie parameters or until they are deleted by the User.
Furthermore, the Service Provider uses the following types of cookies:
“necessary” cookies which allow for using the Services available within the Website, e.g. authorising cookies used for the services requiring authorisation within the Website;
cookies for security purposes, e.g. those used for detecting abuse of authorisation within the Website;
“efficiency” cookies which allow for gathering information on the method of using the Websites;
“functional” cookies which allow for “remembering” settings selected by the User and customisation of the User’s interface, e.g. within the selected language or region of the User, font size, Website appearance etc.;
“advertising” cookies which allow for supply of advertising contents more adjusted to the Users’ interests.
The Service Provider informs that the software for viewing Websites (Internet browser) frequently by default permits storage of cookies on the User’s end device. The Website Users may change settings concerning cookies at any time. The settings concerning cookies may be changed in particular so that to block the automatic support of cookies in the Internet browser or to inform about each placement of cookies in the User’s device. Detailed information on the possibility and methods of supporting cookies are available in the settings of the Internet browser used by the User.
The Service Provider informs that the limitations of cookie application may affect certain functionalities available at the Websites.
Cookies placed in the end device of the User using the Websites may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Service Provider.
IV. Additional information
Information on the logs collected by the Service Provider shall not be disclosed to any person except for the persons authorised to administer the servers and Websites. The logs may provide the basis for generating statistics constituting administration aid. The collective summary of the said statistics do not contain any User identification features.
The Service Provider collects information on using ACCREDITO.COM Websites by the Users and their IP addresses on the basis of the analysis of the access logs. The said information shall be used for technical purposes related to the administration of the website servers and for statistical purposes. Pursuant to Art. 18 Item 6 of the polish Act of 18 July 2002 on rendering Services electronically and other applicable provisions of law, the Service Provider may be obligated to disclose the information contained in access logs, including in particular the IP number of the computer, upon request of the competent State Authorities for the purposes of the proceedings conducted by the said authorities.
